The End is Nigh
Time to say Good bye.
First i will do a bit of a recap of what i have done in the last month or so. The majority of the month of January was taken up in the planning and then going on a mission trip in the south of Chile near a town called Pichilemu. It was a wonderful mission trip and it was great to be able to share our faith with the people of the area. Yet, equally if not more important was being able to accompany the kids on their own personal discoveries of faith. It was a very demanding and fruitful experience. It is a lot of work to be with that many kids for that long but it is overall absolutely worth the effort.
The photo of me is in the Andes when I went on a trip with my friend Oliver for a couple of days, it was a nice goodbye and it was amazing to see the scenery. The mountains are absolutely breathtaking. The mountain behind me is actually in Argentina.
It is weird to think about all the time I have spent here and to reflect on all of the experiences and treasures that i have encountered along the way. I have made true friends, friends that have pushed me and i am sure will continue to push me.
I want to thank all of you for following and for keeping me in your prayers. I intend to write more of a reflexion when i have a bit more time and also to be able to show and share this experience with you in person. Again, thank you for your support and i will be back stateside and seeing you soon.
Love,
JP
